TRIPP, the XR wellness company known for blending immersive technology with mindfulness practices, has launched a new VR experience, “Sound Bath by TRIPP,” now available on the Meta Quest store.
Designed to engage users through a mix of sound, visuals, haptics and interactive tools, “Sound Bath” introduces a hands-on approach to traditional sound healing. The experience features music by Tiësto & 7 Skies, Liquid Bloom, Cloudchord and TRIPP’s Head of Music, David Starfire, inviting users into an interactive world of sound bowls.
Rather than passively listening, users hold virtual mallets to play digital sound bowls, with each strike triggering 360° audiovisual feedback.
The new release builds on TRIPP’s broader platform, which has delivered more than 13 million wellness sessions across VR, AR and mobile devices. The company’s catalog features contributions from artists such as Moby, Desert Dwellers and Phutureprimitive, paired with meditative tools like binaural beats, nature sounds and guided sessions.
In addition to music, TRIPP also offers real-time emotions support to users through its AI wellness coach, Kōkua. Kōkua adapts and learns from users’ unique experiences and presents a short meditation set and image generation against a soothing soundscape. It also includes voice cloning to allow users to hear wellness coaching using their own voice, an innovative way to combat negative self-talk.
